Izzie the Inchworm
Kira's crib has been in our room since she was born, and we will move it into her nursery when she is six months old. We have begun "transitioning" her into her nursery by having her nap in her playard. She is handling this very well...with a little help from Izzie the Inchworm.

Easter Weekend
We had a family-filled weekend! To kick off the weekend, we baked carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting (what else would the Easter Bunny eat?!?).
On Saturday morning, Kira & I went to buy Gramma a new (baby-friendly!) car. Afterward, Pres, Kira, Lady, Gramma & I went to Baba's house, where we enjoyed dinner with Baba, Uncle Brandon, Aunt Coco, Uncle Matt & Cousin Will.
On Sunday morning, Pres helped Kira find her first Easter basket, which was hidden in the seat of her activity center. Then, Pres, Kira, Lady & I joined Uncle Brandon, Aunt Coco, Uncle Matt & Cousin Will at Grandpa's house for the annual Easter-egg hunt.
Afterward, Baba, Uncle Brandon, Aunt Coco, Uncle Matt, Cousin Will, Gramma, Ava, Pres, Kira & I enjoyed lunch at Trattoria Amici at the Americana, and Kira took her first picture with the Easter Bunny.

Happy Birthday, Grandpa!!!
Prescott & Brandon took Wayne for a helicopter ride, then we enjoyed a casual take-out dinner at Wayne's house while watching baseball and basketball games (if only the Yankees had lost, Wayne would've had a "perfect" birthday in the sports world...oh, well).
